These days, I don't discount any potential tenant issue.I would also note that you should not get a call from a SFH owner complaining that the tenant on the other side of the wall/ceiling is causing a disturbance, making a mess, or having a domestic dispute if you are renting to a single person.  

This will be helpful in case any disputes arise later on.

What could tenant say to dispute it?  

I have not put the house through probate mainly because no one is disputing the will and there were $300,000 worth of medical bills that im trying to get resolvedone fire filing probate and them becomes by a creditor and taking what little equity is built up ion the house.  

We are a little over a week into the new year and by now the holiday craze has died down, everything is back to normal, and people are now able to sit down and really focus on those their new year resolutions and goals.

I say dispute the cancelled claim and ask for record/reason for claim denial.
