Wondering if anyone has found having a single agent represent both buyer and seller to be a conflict of interest and dangerous for the buyer.really could use some opinions here

It seems like it would too easy to get yourself into trouble in that situation with a conflict of interest.

A HML is not in the company but makes a loan and can't share profits as a straight lender due to conflicts of interest.Either can be secured by collateral.
