My wife and I try to go at least once a year.I helped my friends close a 2bd/1ba house on a 5 acre parcel in the Sunfair Heights area of Northern Joshua Tree last fall which they to use as a part-time vacation home now and will part-time AirBnB in the near future with a Spring launch date for the AirBnB.
