Bouncing from 3.2% to 3.4% with what looks like some seasonal fluctuations..

In the earlier days I started out as a full time contractor who did all the rehab for other investors and then moved in to buying and renovating my own projects and then in to wholesaling buildings / properties.With my years of experience I believe I can be a big help to anyone who wants to bounce ideas off of me whether it be for buying or rehabbing a project.

Crime looks to be about double the national averages, but stable so I don't see in the numbers a spike ... just bouncing around (some up, some down ... i.e. robberies/theft/assault down, rape up slightly). 

My feeling is that PG county is poised for a bounce back.
