I think it is a false narrative to say they won't buy or don't want to. 

Be very careful to find what they are asking, ie. all are true EXCEPT, which of these is TRUE, which of these is FALSE.

Any such statements are absurd.

Never be lulled into a false sense of security by a title company saying you should not worry about something because if they sue you, then you can sue somebody else.

This is a lesson to those on here that I always see using an absurdly low vacancy rate like 3% when they run their numbers.

Thats just completely absurd.  99% of times properties dont sell is because of the seller.

I thought I'd heard in the past that this is a Federal crime (submitting false info to get a loan).He told me that there is no way of verifying these forms, short of subpoenas to get the records from the IRS.I felt that this is probably the worst time to try something like this, as I'm sure there's been increased scrutiny.

Knowing when you have a false positive vs. a false negative is important.

Bottom line a lease is false security.Many say it prevents move outs in bad times like the winter.
