So i've jumped back up on my horse and I'm going to ride out again on another journey but with the same mission.

Most of the 'ready to rent' multi units available where they are market priced and supposedly cash flowing in the 8-14% range I see as a way to race to the bottom of a barrel. 

But I had a trip to key west to see the race boats but it seems that's not going to happen.

I'm new to the REI world, but have always been interested in real estate in some form or fashion while working on my formal education and looking to jump into the Rat Race (ha!).

what do you think a property like this would go for fixed up with nice looking horse fence and small red and white run in shelter?

Being in Massachusetts instead of say, Texas, horse properties are very few and far between - especially with 10 acres this close to Boston.As you might expect, there are no good comps.3 other big name brokerages have listed the property and have failed to sell it - each with about 200 days on market.  

That ___ could be buy-and-hold, house-hack, flip, fix-and-flip, etc.Anyway, time to get off of my high horse...Still, it sounds like you're at the point where financing is what's staring at you and preventing you from going over the edge.

A war zone is defined by crime and killing only, race doesnt even come up in that conversation.
