If I price a wholesale deal at 75%, a 'buyers list' doesn't matter.3) When you send out a new deal to your buyers, include what I call "DEAL DETAILS" for your investors that include: detailed list of comps, list of repairs (flip and buy/hold), possible returns based off your estimated holding costs, repair costs, etc (make sure to list these estimated cost) I know these costs will vary, but it paints a picture for your buyers.Feel free to e-mail me and I'll send you an example of a deal.
