I just started a new read, off the topic of real estate called The 4-Hour Work Week.  

I still work 50+ hour work weeks, however, I truly enjoy what I do and can focus more on what I am passionate about and focus on helping others achieve their dreams through real estate.As @Jay Hinrichs mentioned you'll be bored to tears if you retire this young. :)

Doing it on 1 hour a week is tough, and while Tim Farris and the 4 hour work week may be the goal, that requires a lot of systems and reliable people in place to make happen.

I was reading the 4 Hour Work Week and the author recommends a few sites for health insurance.

What is your typical work week?

Firms are cutting costs in numerous ways including hiring freezes, "restructuring" aka layoffs, overall work week hour reductions, etc.

My current financial situation offers me the opportunity to invest and my current employment offers a very flexible schedule with a lot of free time within my work week. ultimately I am looking to be a real estate investor / rehabber.

I'm gonna suggest this book before anyone else get the chance 😂:The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss.this one is a classic in terms of understanding how to make your business efficient and how to think through the business system creation process without overcomplicating them. hope that helps!

We have 3 young girls and I already miss a lot running a family business that can required 7 day work weeks at times.
