What do you guys think of the section of Newark around Woodland Cemetery?

I own a 2/2 condo near Woodland Hills Mall in South Tulsa in 74133.I'm not interested in a traditional Long Term Rental.Timeline: Leased on or by April/May 1st, 2023.Target Renter: Travel Nurses/Executive Stays (typically 1 - 6 months) and I'm flexible if the tenant is goodWanting to create a furnished experience for guests.Needs: Property needs some cosmetic changes before I'm ready to rent it out.

there is the local REIA of North Houston and The Woodlands.

(West of Route 3).This includes towns in Passaic County like: Clifton, Woodland Park, Totowa, Wayne, & Haledon.I can also explore a few towns in Essex County: West Orange, Verona, Fairfield, & The Caldwells.If there are any realtors out there that specialize in Small MF (2-4 Units) and can send some listings my way, I'd love to take a look at them.Here's what I'm looking for:4 Units: 8-12 Beds, 4-8 BathsSeparate utility in place or opportunity to convert3 floors maximum (2 floors preferable)Off Street Parking (4 - 8 spots)Cost + Rehab = 400K or LessThis is my first post on BP so play nice.

curious to know where are you rehabbing ,Woodland building has good prices American vinyl is good for Windows etcI've also used phillydoors.com - their prices and service was well received

Mountains, lakes, woodlands and the Tennessee River accommodate numerous recreational activities.

That said....I'll still hit Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Mo.

I have been wanting to invest in Real Estate for years, and I think I may have found my first deal.Okay, so I have a unique opportunity (I think) and I haven't really been able to find any forums/podcasts that delineate buying out siblings and turning that SFH into a rental property from OOS (I reside in The Woodlands, TX (suburb of Houston); potential rental in run down Warren, OH).This would be my first DEAL, but this deal is actually what got me looking for more information (hence, BP).
