An old stubborn recluse hoarder that's been in there for 30 years....good luck with getting him to volunteer to sell to you....not gonna happen.Your only avenue is if he HAS to move....his family moves him into assisted living, the HOA kicks him out, he dies and the family wants to sell.....I would just try and position myself to be the outlet to offload it IF any of these happen....... he wont sell it you voluntarily...... people like this don't do ANYTHING unless they are forced to do it.

I indeed did have a 4.0 GPA yet I am saddened to say that while doing volunteer work on the side and working a full time job to pay for my own tuition, I could not balance all tasks at once.

Probably you are better off volunteering or interning for free with a more established investor, and learn as you go.

Both are Southside non-profit investor clubs, run by volunteers of like minded people.  

It's more than enough just to be close.BTW, for the last 2 months almost all of my spare time has been spent volunteering in my local campaign headquarters.Back to work now.Frank
