Two local vendors below also might be able to get you square away inexpensively but I haven't used them so they are for you to research. call them up and ask for quotes on your desired appliances type and size and colors for scratch and dent.

The idea of someone not buying a home because the paint color was wrong just got under his skin.  

I would approve of the new carpet, blinds and colors before the work is started.

Why don't you give a few of the local retailers a call and ask to see if they have any used fridges for the dimensions/ color you are looking for?

I would wonder what the final outcome would be when painting over with a different color. 

i got a large 3 page brochure from one company, it had good color & gave examples of their recent properties & quotes from clients as well.

I got a full set of nearly new kitchen appliances from someone in an upscale neighborhood who just wanted a different color for $500.  

I consider a B/B- neighborhood a blue color working class neighborhood, heavy rental market, petty crime but not a poor neighborhood.
