don't hire VAs to curate the lists, rather buy the lists from a reputable provider and have the VAs close deals

Using a reputable service with VAs trained in PM helps to cut down on the time it takes to get them ramped up in your business.  

For cold calling, our VAs consistently call the lists while we continuously update and add more contacts.With our pool of skip-traced data, we consistently go back to filter, retarget, and add more contacts every month.

After two different VAs and over 1,000 dials, they could not set a single appointment.My advice is to watch their reports and metrics like a hawk.
