Need help creating a marketing cadence/strategy

Hi All!

I’m looking for tips to establish a set cold call schedule for my VAs to follow. I also use smarter contact for texting. This has been tricky because we use a few different lists (Absentee, code violations, probate, etc). Each list also has a different amount of contacts.

What is the most efficient way to establish a standard operating procedure to best utilize cold calling and sms on a monthly or weekly schedule.

Text lists first and then have the VAs call the non-responses?

Have the VAs call each list 3 times and then text after??

One list at a time or multiple in a days work??

This has been giving me a headache!
