Hi all,I'm looking for a trustworthy/reliable person who can help me clean up/remove junk and do minor handy man fixes on one property in Marietta. 

My guess is he knows you will find termite damage and use that to lower the offer price, as you should.I would be extra careful about other aspects of the inspections also, it doesn't sound like this seller is very honest or trustworthy.

Would love to get connected with a reputable, trustworthy agent or investor in the area who knows which neighborhoods to target.  

However, after doing research that led me to this forum, I realize that company is probably not the best idea (I'm feeling like we narrowly dodged a bullet) I'm looking for legitimate and trustworthy turnkey companies that are in Michigan that any one can recommend that I can share with husband.

Make sure you have a trustworthy agent with good referrals, not just an insurance "salesman".

However this assumes he is trustworthy and will honor his word.

Does anyone know if it this is actually the law or if there are any trustworthy companies in Cuyahoga?
