Is anybody able to find renters without pets and is there a way to handle the emotional support animal situation.

I can't imagine the stress that must come at the end of the semester, especially the spring semester, when students finish up their studies and move out, in unison.

.- Everyone's situation and goals are different but I would assume there are a few quality markets within an hour of where you are located in Florida that would check a lot of your boxes. 

What are things to look our for in this situation?

We travel for work (healthcare) and chronically live out of MTRs, so it will be our first time operating a shorter term, but won’t be an entirely foreign situation to us.

Changes to local landlord/tenant laws and new situations involving tenants lead to these annual updates.

In my own situation, we went a long time without insurance.  

But it's probably less stressful for most people to be ignorant of what's really going on around them.
