There are some good sticky forum posts on etiquette in the forums but I didn't find much on PM/Colleague requests.What would you say are good and bad manners when it comes to PM and Colleague Requests?

The search feature is your friend, and there are some "sticky's" at the top of each forum that include great info that is often asked by new members.

This is probably a question best suited for an attorney... giving legal and/or contract advice is a sticky situation.

Deal on 9 houses looks promising.But looking at the numbers you would need to get to your 2.3M dollar number the seller wants for everything could get sticky. rough est of the top of my head puts you at about 45k per lot on the other 36 empty lots.

@Pam Rice it looks like your assumptions bring you to ~12% cash ROI if it's rented with zero vacancy assumption.
