Spend only a few hundred dollars on stamps, envelopes and notepads and handwrite the letters yourself. 

If so, the investor would be better off buying forever stamps and hoarding them under their mattress for 30 year hoping people still mail in the future.

The cost of a stamp is totally worth the security.

I went over there today and took photos (have photos of the house time stamped right before they took possession).

I was able to attend 4 or five meetings of the REI Club and everyone I talked to suggested to start off wholesaling, which sounded impossible, so I gave it a try.For the next two years I bought a roll of stamps every month and mailed 100 letters at a time.  

Spend 150 in stamps.

I'm actually going to email myself the results so they are time stamped.  

If you really want your mail pieces to stand out, you can create a design on the front and use a specialty stamp.
