Both sides need to man up and take responsibility but unfortunately the banks with their now big fat bailout checks from our wonderful government feel that they don't need to take responsibility anymore now that big bro is backing them up.Nice wonderful system we have in place here!!!!!

If they had a fat car pmt and tons of credit cards with balances I might be inclined to say no but if just the opposite low dti I would say yes.

Having a flexible job with enough fat to save and invest is arguably a better position to be in for what it sounds like you want to do.If you do work for someone, I would suggest a much smaller venture, where you are able to wear many hats.
