Just like Carlos said it "feels" alot like the dot bomb here.I moved everything to bonds n cd's spread out.still doesn't make it easier laying off my guys tho.  

So buyers spread out to places no one would have bought say 10 years before that..

Over 10K, it's better to do a double escrow so that the seller and the end buyer don't know how much of a spread you are making.
