It is specific to the area.

But when you're really ready to put rubber to the road you have to start being more active in your education, seeking out specific information and really thinking through what that would look like for you.

You need to provide a bit more specifics about the property, about the insights you want, etc.

I don't know anything specific about the Cincy market (and what the type of neighborhood this one is in - (A, B, C, etc.), but I've been told it's very similar to where I live in St.
