Not sure how big a duplex but if you consider a new panel in each would be 1k-1500 each and around 5-7k a side.

The panel on property management was great - I wish I'd known all this stuff 8 years ago when I started landlording.   

The report reads as follows:"It was observed that solid-strand aluminum branch circuit wiring existed in electrical panel #1 and #2.

Same wires, just needs a new receptacle in the wall and some reworking and a new breaker in the panel.

Your inspector will look for structural integrity issues, life safety issues/fire hazards and inspect your MEP Systems to make sure Electrical panel, wiring, piping, hot water heater & HVAC systems are acceptable/good working condition.Roof/Crawlspace/Attic InspectionsIf you are afraid of heights and don't want to get on the roof, crawl around in a dirty creepy crawl space or climb around in a haunted attic, an inspector can inspect these areas.  

In addition, there is no access panel to allow maintenance of the plumbing, which the inspector says is required.

Moreover, and unexpectedly, City Waterproofing installed dura-wall panels throughout my basement.

Already has panels.

I can rent my roof to a company for solar power.

INCREDIBLE view and if the buyer can figure out how to overcome the crappy road, get an easement to the property, bring out utilities (or solar???)
