It isn't illegal to have prescription drugs or too much  alcohol and cook! 

It sounds far and high enough from the ocean, but you never really know what kind of storm mother nature can cook up!

We call this kind of fire a “smoker”,  not a lot of structural damage but a lot of damage because of smoke.  

Yep, this guy is cooked.....a QT won’t remove a legit mtg and the SOL doesn’t make it void.

Having dealt with smokers who dont think butts are trash and twenty something slobs I empathise, your best bet is get them out.

You don't need to click any buttons or read, you just listen to them in your car, while you are cooking dinner, doing laundry, ... etc.

I have already replaced her electric stove with a gas one basically because she didn’t like the way it cooked I put an oven thermometer inside it and it was calibrated perfectly but she said it wasn’t baking properly.

You don't want it smelling like fish or whatever else other people cook. 

I walked into one unit on inspection and thought it was a smokers unit, but it was all from the next door smokers.
