Does anyone here faced similar issue ?

I don't know your skin thickness but know I do it with love and care for your improvement, there is no insult meant by any of it but fact is we all gotta suck, learn and try again before we get great, right. 

I have some acquaintances that have wrapped DSCR Loans without any issues.

I've run into some issues where clients get a little anxious over a valuation that came in low or a condition comes up that is fairly minor. 

There are definitely advantages to the liability issue when using an LLC, but there are some disadvantages as well. 

I’m going to disagree with @Chris Seveney and say whether an assignee could force a sale directly would be a state law issue and heavily dependent upon the contract terms. 

That is the issue I am having now as my wife and I have great paying jobs and just cleared all our debt.

There exists those of us that want a property in Costa Rica despite the issues we are discussing here.

We issue each investor a monthly check for their % of each monthly mortgage payment. 

With this scenario we both have skin in the game: His work and my materials.
