For a MB to go there and sift through potential buyers would be alot of work and may well be for nothing if the buyer wants to use their lender, so seems there would not be much interest in that, unless you paid them to take apps on many who would not win the bid.

Hopefully, you’re able to sift through faulty advice from many who love to merely pontificate as to how good they are or how much they know! 

I am heading to the local courthouse and will sift through the probate files.Once I send yellow letters to these probate leads, can you tell me what kind of a "talkoff" should I use?

Opportunities do exist you just need to sift through a lot of quantity to find quality. 

There are usually to many names to sift through and decide which property you should mail about.

Will you spend a ton of time sifting through crap, you betcha.

And you don't have to sift through all the fakes on BP and other unscrupulous people that try to flip houses that have no money and no second thought of wasting others time and money like what has happened to you.

There are deals out there but you have to sift through a lot of over priced stuff to find a really good deal.  

As with real estate investing, sifting through the proliferation of posts takes a little time.
