The possibilities are endless… Anything from guests leaving a bunch of lights on, to leaving the oven on, to leaving food out on the counter to rot and attract pests…Just wondering how people deal with this situation where the guests check out and the cleaners can’t go over there for a couple of days?

Just some food for thought. 

For example, should I have one checking account that manages all expenses, such as down payments for properties and serving as the main source for rehab budgets?

I have a daughter with some health issues and has a strict diet regime of prepared foods.

Furniture covers as I said, a couple of food and water bowls, a mat for those as well.We also have cheap towels we bought for around 2 bucks.

I currently serve as a property manager in Nashville.

I wanted to open and operate my own to serve the need in my community to help bridge those gaps between families.

I would flip the script and argue under those circumstances the client is serving as the bank for the contractor and not the way you presented it.

So, they didn't realize they essentially purchased land that is completely worthless beyond just serving as a green space. 

Currently, I own a single-family home that serves as my primary residence.
