The GC license in now way shape or form guarantees that:1) They know about the trades they are hiring for2) They know how to manage, organize, delegate during the job3) That they will be at your house making sure things get done rightI only work now with people who hold GC licenses, they are insured, AND they need to know the trades and actually be working next to the guys in the house.

Today, 7 years later, I have 37 doors and real estate is my full time job managing those properties.I doubt anyone can tell you exactly what course you should take… but if real estate is your goal, my suggestion is to go find your local real estate investment group that probably meets once a month and start rubbing shoulders with everyone there.

Instead of spending money on education which is available for free, I would attend REI meetings, conferences organized by real estate guys radio, Joe Fairless, crowd converge, New Orleans investment conference etc to network and meet like minded individuals.
