As it is I paid for some calculator they were supposed to send me but for some reason they won't respond back to me so I thought that was odd in it self. 

The judge granted the current second note holder a default judgment because the defendant failed to appear in court and respond to the summons. 

So letting you know I responded (on the post just above this one).

But I prefer texting over phone calls also because its a step back and you can always think about how you will respond before sending.My problem is that some tenants find this texting on their phone too easy, and like to have someone to gripe and complain to. 

Without responding with respect to your zoning and what is allowed locally, I will discuss what is allowed on state level because i believe it will allow what you seek.In 2025 SB 1211 (Skinner) – Multi-Family goes into effect allows an ADU (I think it specifies detached but question if that is a requirement) for each legal non ADU unit up to 8 units.
