I’ve been reading and watching videos for months.

It's about, in my case, doing something I love, creating a community that I can also learn from, and leaving a legacy for my six kids and their kids. 50 years from now they're gonna see my videos on money and finance.I think it's all about a person's passion, and helping people leave their W2 is a lot more exciting to me right now than closing a deal.

How many of you STR owners find value in the videos?

My smaller creators have had videos go viral just as much as the big creators.

I tried looking for a somewhat relevant forum to post this under so this is where i landed.

Some of the challenges we faced will still be relevant, others will have changed.- Too many other investors willing to buy based on a proforma, rather than real financials.- Too many other investors willing to pay prices that only pencil because they're (a) self-managing and/or (b) renovating/turning around the units themselves.

His name is Marco Carbajo - I would google him and see his videos on YouTube, etc...

One thing you can do to help is doing a video walkthrough, provide a floorplan scan, or a 3D walkthrough (matterport) of the house.

Someone's current situation they are, no matter how bad, has ZERO relevance to their willingness to sell below market value. 

Seems if they spent more to get a better guru, giving good advice, it would pay off in spades.Great, but how is that relevant?
