Is there a BETTER way to maybe "harvest" a few bucks from a refrigerator or stove rather than just let the appliance company whisk it away??

If I see a Vulcan SS range I immediately expect a Subzero refrigerator and the rest of the appliance to be top lined.Functionally, I think the time I would consider a wall oven is when you need two of them, or you want a wall oven and a high end microwave to be together because you don't want a standalone microwave to clutter up your counter space, and you don't want to mount one over your range because you have that 36" Wolf exhaust fan to show off.Is it gas?

There are endless possibilities, I've kinda brought that up with @Joshua DorkinT-***** to refrigerators, credit cards, hotel deals, rental cars, heck, we could open our own bank!

We usually have to touch up the paint, as Michelle mentioned, and we always have a cleaning person go in and scrub down the whole place, including the inside of the refrigerator and stove and wipe down the cabinets.

The refrigerator and stove were so nasty it took 3 hours of scrubbing with bleach and a paint scraper (literally) to clean them.

All my tenants just want the appliances to work, none have cared that the stove was white while the refrigerator was almond and/or the dishwasher was black.

Russell Brazil noted that heat is a remedy for killing off infestations however; I have been told by more than one exterminator that the only way is using refrigerant and not heat.

So, that means moving the refrigerator and range out of the way, because flooring is installed beneath those appliances.

Personal property: In an unfurnished rental, you may have very little property that is not part of the real estate -- maybe just a refrigerator, washer and dryer.
