I think if tax abatements can be given to businesses as an incentive to move to the area, then the cities could also do the same to promote more local ownership of rental homes.

If the landlord was aware of his past, yet rented to him anyway - any lawyer worth their salt would make a nexus between those two pieces of information and create a liability claim.In addition to the extreme negative press you would get, it also takes time, money and energy to defend a lawsuit you will eventually win.

So back to the drawing board....and yes, the financial piece has to make sense...

Not saying this is the case here, but whenever someone is promoting their opinion and shutting down naysayers, it feels like clients could be railroaded.

This will result in inspection results that more accurately indicate property conditions and promote better living conditions for residents.

I would at least let 1 or 2 bookings happen or your next unit to add in a new piece of technology.
