Is the section 8 renter profile similar to the other interested parties? 

The really nice thing about BP is that you can take a look at the reference section for an intermediary on their profile page.

For a property of this profile they will require fairly extensive documentable property investment and management experience. 

Borrowers will want to be members, local and generally have a very strong credit profile. - Most 5+ unit lenders will want the borrower to provide documentable real estate related investment experience.

Most time they text me from FF then I can see their brief profile.
