I hated replacing the Ink on my inkjet printer twice a month.

I would think it would stick going through a printer.

You'll need start up cash for office supplies like printer,  paper,  etc.  

My old printer would occasionally freeze up and I would have to unplug it and then plug it back in.

Just a standard home printer?  

I know our real estate office has an area in our printer room devoted to advertising home inspection, warranty, staging, pest control, handyman, move-out cleaners, etc., so maybe drop off a few flyers perhaps offering a discount off your normal service fee to local real estate offices. 

Tried getting a 3D printer from there on the real cheap, but it was a scam by the manufacurer.It is great you are trying to diversify though. 

There is no way I could have done this without the great advise from the site.I bought a list from online and paid my daughter to print the envelopes (our printer must be fed one at a time), stuff and stamp them.

I use a Brother MFC for my fax, scanner, and B/W printer. 

Envelopes, stamps, paper, return labels and a printer b.
