I’ve seen the property and it’s in a good shape fully renovated one side has a mini spilt other has a Portable AC unit.

We completed this recommendation as well with no solution of the problem.So we contracted one last HVAC company, which they mentioned that the tenants roll around portable AC (which they are using to try and cool off the home) is more than likely bringing in a negative pressure into the home and causing additional moisture.

I’m not a fan of the Zillow application, but at least it’s “portable” to the tenant - they pay Zillow one fee and their info is available to multiple landlords provided landlords use Zillow to list the rental.

Real portable tiny homes most certainly can be created and established as profitable investments.

It's not your fault that it happened, but you have to have a band aid (portable A/C, window units, etc.) or permanent solution in place within 24 hours.

Probably plenty of people do it, but when you say things like there is no kitchen....my vision is someone moves in and improvises....they either get a hotplate or they get a portable burner, or they get a big grill outside.   

Have you considered a portable alarm?

I dont have much experience but in my opinion, a mini storage would be someone portable/ non-permanent and you could run the business or have someone else run it for you.

Stop was the message.Then they put too many things on one outlet with an extension cord--extra refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker and portable dishwasher.
