They run a customizable fund platform that many fund managers have started using in recent years.I'm not involved in the development space much, but a newer person can generally only offer so much to a more experienced person in this business.

@Mark HafnerI've been investing internationally for many years but it's very difficult to answer the kind of questions you ask without writing a dissertation so I'd encourage you to ask more precise questions in the forum.

I definitely want to use the platform properly and not annoy others.

I would encourage you to sit down with a couple of real estate salespersons and choose one based upon experience as well as knowledge of the area. 

Another reason people are selling are guests and platforms (Airbnb) are becoming more demanding by expecting more from owners including refunds over the simplest things.

I will look through all of the major platforms (Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, etc.) and see how much furnished MTR units are going for.

It is a platform with a large user based which will help drive more potential viewers to your listing.

The banks have been encouraged by the fed to work deals out with borrowers and I think that will continue to happen.
