We are doing our first big flip and now there is time to start shopping for kitchen cabinets and bathrooms vanities.This house is in a good neighborhood in Plano Texas and we are doing a hight quality, but now we are looking to buy an affortable kitchen cabinets and do not know where do flippers buy theirs.

North of Dallas, I like Richardson, Plano, up to Frisco. 

I am planning to invest in a condo in Plano , TX (good location) for 200$ with high HOA 230$. 

Would love to see something setup in Dallas / Plano / somewhere central/close to hwy 75.

Places like Sherman or Denison can be done, but if you’re talking Frisco or Addison or Plano I don’t think that price range is realistic. 

I grew up in Plano so was very familiar with the area and the community.

So far, I have been looking in The Colony, Plano, Carrollton and Lewisville.

I am thinking of real estate investment and have been looking at Plano, TX area.
