During the pandemic, we have seen many investors purchase completely remotely.

That summer, I began helping investors buy and sell properties here in Toledo, and also had my personal portfolio grow from 7 to 18 houses somehow in the midst of a pandemic.

It was certainly lucrative pre-pandemic but I'm not sure now.

Initially this was for sale before the pandemic and had several showings, but suddenly this went off market from one day to the next.

Rent has dropped about -30% cf before the pandemic. 

I sold before the pandemic shutdown last year to cash in after a fire damage due to tenants after the house was renovated.

We as Americans just can't seem to keep external things like depressions, wars, credit crises, elections, stock fraud, pandemics and all the stuff of life from interfering with a good real estate market.
