I got all sorts of calls, usually some were just curious, some were angry, every month someone called the police, the BBB and one time even the FBI on me, because the term "cash offer"" seemed suspicious to them - drug money LOL A place officer called me on behalf of a resident asking me to stop mailing them, to which I replied: sure whats their address and he said: he would not give me that information.. 

You would have to convince the county recording offices, who are run by career employees who in some instances still are using fax machines and rotary dial phones. 

Would you contact the "DMV" or here in Michigan its called the Secratery of State office but same same?

I would start there and also figure out which NYC office is issuing the voucher (CityFHEPS, Section8/HCV, etc.) 

I have to constantly explain that other people work in offices but I work on my phone this is usually when I am picking them up from school, but I do try to disconnect when they first get out of class! 

Check with the housing office on base.If the property is negative cash flow, then you need to decide if that still makes sense.

I have a unique property, it's a 4 bedroom home with a lower level having a few small commercial offices and then there's a 22x35 oversized garage.
