His team says they ACH transferred it to my account, My bank never received the money, and the team is pushing  the responsibility back on me to track down the money.  

It then becomes muscle memory which will accelerate the time to take to analyze the deals. 

While my heart aches  about this situation it is a lesson you won't easily forget.  

Difficult to cash a check or get cash, only can ACH or Zelle funds when he finds one. 

I am loving the commercial space and the reduced head aches.

But back to Cozy.co, it does all the tenant background and credit screening, at their expense, allows them to input their account bank information and give permission for the bank I designate as the recipient account to make ACH withdraws on the agreed upon schedule per the lease.

This tenant has given me so much heart ache inspite of paying rent on time over the last couple of years ,forming tenant silos , breaking house rules etc, now I just want to get even, not paying rent on time will be fined at the rate of $100 per day , just wondering if I should exercise that if he fails to pay last month and teach him a lesson.

I have 4 differnt business that I hold rentals and nreig ACHs from the business bank account automatically and the umbrella is over all 4 businesses.  

I have noticed many other features a CRM can offer such as ach payments, maintenance requests, payment notifications and listing property for rent, etc.
