As a child there were times that my mother didn't eat so that I would have enough. 

I am in TX and have been working with the son of an elderly widow to purchase his mother's house, and they have agreed to sell to me. 

Which means if there's vacant houses for $800 / mo theres not enough folks making minimum wadge to fill up that inventory. 

If your setting is rustic, this might work, but I'm not sure that most brides (and brides' mothers) are going to be thrilled about this option. - Caterers will want/need dedicated kitchen space to heat/prep food.

So this property is the one I currently live in but the house is in my mothers house she was thinking about trying to start fix and flip she’s unfamiliar with the process I have more famIlIarIty than she does as I have done a ton of research and have been a BP member for some tIme.

But I noticed the opposite happened where my mother lived in California, especially in vacation places spots like Tahoe.

I now have a one year old daughter and I’m looking to change her life in much greater ways and keep building on the legacy my mother is leaving behind!

It works more times than not because often times those ladies just want to see another wife/mother in action, making it work, and enjoying it.
