Upon meeting my primary-residence requirement to secure the favorable financing, my goal is to use this property as a launching pad (no pun intended) for starting a location independent lifestyle, while having a home base to return to whenever I want to take a break from traveling and living abroad.Expecting to close in early March.

As Nathan aluded to, if you miss-stake (pun intended) the property line then you could actually lose that land through adverse possession, if your state legally allows that.Said differently: if you put a wall up and the neighbor uses that space assuming it was their land, in 10 years they could have the rights to claim it theirs unless you have stated it as yours.

Determining those things on the fly (pun intended) could be considered a violation of fair housing.Birds are pretty messy (they tend to scatter their seed) and bird poop is very acidic which can hurt flooring and flat surfaces if not cleaned quickly.

Hi, Im looking to purchase a home in the Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler Arizona area for a Short Term Rental.I cant really find anything on the laws and regulations on short term rentals in these cities if anyone has any information that would be useful.Im looking to purchase a large property to fit around 12-16 people 4-6 bedroom and am aware that scottsdale rules say your not allowed more then 8 guests, So just looking for more info on the surrounding cities.I already own very successful rentals in TN and UT and am really considering getting my hands in the "HOT" (pun intended) Market.
