Happy Memorial Day Folks!

It is Memorial Day. 

Bought the condo for 55K and sold it for 105K so I have very found memories of the St.

I went to college at UofO, if my memory serves me well, I want to avoid renting to collage students as much as possible :).

I by no means had it rough but it was not easy. having my mom explain why she could not buy me a toy because she needed to buy food for us was not a great memory.

I haven't been looking at real estate around the Waco area recently, been focusing on other areas, but reading this post of yours actually brought back some memories. 

After a weekend course and passing a memory exam, all of a sudden you are licensed and relied upon by people to make the most important investment of their lives.

The people who buy here are buying for experiences and memories, not so much investment return.From speaking with other financial entities and members of the community, we are looking for partners to assist in offering loans of some sort, such as:1) Direct loan to buyer of house (less a down payment), and then payment arrangement between loaner and the buyer2) Loan to the cooperative as an entity who then administers the loan between buyer and cooperative, with payments paid back to financial organization from cooperative3) Loan to buyer with cooperative as co-signer, therefore making the cooperative the ultimate responsibility in the event of default4) Create a member-funded reserve fund or actively managed account which will then be used for giving out loans to new members at an interest rate.

You did a great job of capturing the changes, I have never been good at doing that er except in my memory.
