Hello, Since marijuana is recreational in IL im a little perplexed on how i should go about it in my rental.

The other day I had to pick up something so I went to check on them, the house was kept well inside but I smell so much marijuana/weed, I had said no smoking of any substance The house so hot inside as if the house was on fire.

I tried to reason with them but they refused to pay the rent, to kick out the extra people, and also refused to leave the apartment.The tenants started to have fights which damaged the property, parties, smoking marijuana inside the home and in front of the house, and getting into altercations with my neighbors.

I do not care about certain drug related offenses, like those involving marijuana, which is now legal in CO.

If you're looking to get out of the business I would allocate ~10% into public market equities with 10x potential (think Marijuana companies, Sports-betting, AI, and bitcoin miners).

I would prohibit the use of marijuana in the home. the neighbors may not agree, resulting in calls to the police department, sales, etc.

Does anyone have a marijuana addendum restricting the growth and smoking in premises?
