Are you currently self-managing or do you have a management company?

Question is, is the person you are dealing with a correspondent broker who brings them deals to fund or someone from their company.

I'm a local, CT based investor, flipper, and property management company owner.  

Also, be sure to notify your insurance company that while you are still living on the property, you also have tenants. 

Have you considered using a property management company?

If you are new and don't have a clue, then I would certainly recommend them or some company that can guide you through things until you have an understanding. 

The market has been growing in terms of population, jobs and, major companies moving here like Intel, Google, Meta, etc. 

If you're not conducting the work yourself, contract with reputable and competent companies.
