This has been a learning lesson and I know now what I would do should this situation arise again - do not need that lecture ;) He is (or was) actually employed and I have his past employers information.

Pittsburgh actually offered to appoint me as a lecturer after my first year of grad school there.So I went from a largely BS public high school in upstate New York to full funding for an Ivy League doctorate.Kids either want to excel academically or they don't.

My cryptic/lecture/emotional post did not give kudos to all the good guys out there doing the right thing for the community, while making some ching-ching along the way.

What I don't need is a lecture. 

So far I have paid him $375 for a lecture on the current legal structure and restrictions, which I am well aware of already. 

For example, I remember one older gentleman who paid a decent amount of money to go to this no-money-down investing course that ended up being a wholesale lecture.

Give that good tenant a good supply of Copper Sulfate AND a stern lecture on what goes and no goes in the toidy.
