Don’t know if it’s just me, but I have call about 7 law offices in the Clearwater/Saint Petersburg area, look for a lawyer to handle the closing on a deal I have on the table. How ever to my surprise most have treated me as if I wanted to do something illegal! And some dont do sub to’s. One guy Lecture me then said he would change $2200 to draw up all the paperwork, do title insurance, and closing. Is this a good price? What else do I need the lawyer to do for my subjects to loan? I am buying house subject to loan in place, so only deed will tranfer to me loan will stay in sellers name. I will then sell house rent to own to a new buyer. Look for advice Thank you
