I think the point your missing is that those companies BUY the product then resell it .. 95% of wholesalers say they are going to buy it to induce a seller into a contract and then dont.. white lie..

My experience in year 1 has been 10-15% as a lot of poor quality tenants were in place at the properties I purchased and we have intentionally induced high turnover to clean house through evictions and rent raises, improving each of the units during the turnover.

Knowingly hiding the transfer from the lender to induce them to continue allowing the new person to make payments at the lower rate to a borrower that was not part of the original contract could technically be considered mortgage fraud, so simply be careful that you're not doing anything shady.

He's currently being prosecuted by the DOJ for bank fraud too.I'm leaving out contextual details to keep this short, my question is: if a buyer wants to borrow $3.25m to buy a $4m property without showing financials, and they have $3.25m in an account with Bank A, could that be used to induce a $3.25m mortgage from Lender B?

Nothing on inducing a recession, not in manner most associate that thought, especially not a collapse which is most fertile ground for small business. no, it's a consolidating event, to "meter" the economy, putting a "control" on it all, and thus a very literally control center to adjust corporate profits on demand.

No way would I carry back a mortgage without 25%+ down and a very healthy (high) interest rate to induce them to pay it off sooner rather than later to give you your capital back to do more deals.
