So I'm going to pay for the exclusion phase, but it's up to my tenants to stop feeding the mice and to trap any more that may have been living in the crawlspace and find their way indoors because they can't get out.

Indoor I have cleaned area(if non structural) applied either wood filler or mud with plaster to harden, sand to flush, then prime and paint.Same thing for exterior non structural areas of smaller size.
