Hi

My name Is Josh Lakhotia and I am an indoor skydiving instructor from Orlando.

I am 22 and completely new to the real estate investing world. So far I've read Bigger Pocket's beginner guide and listen to a few podcasts. Obviously not even close to knowing what I'm doing so I'm looking forward to soaking up as much as I can from this community and can hopefully one day return the favor.
