Also, staging and professional photography can help potential buyers visualize the space better.Lastly, think about local advertising—social media, networking, and maybe hosting an event for local agents could help get more eyes on the property.

Even though rental properties can be somewhat passive, there are still things to keep an eye on, like collecting rent, making sure utilities get paid, ensuring property management is doing their thing, etc.

In contrast I can keep an eye on my Bay Area properties, try to do a minor repair myself, etc.
