Not only that, but my surveyor said it appeared that the house was encroaching on the neighboring property by a couple inches! 

Prices here have only inched up a little bit when compared to other markets.

Take it a step at a time and don't try to reinvent the wheel, we have many successful people in real estate you can copy their strategies in your area.

When I look online, the widest I see is 8.25 inches (hardie).

Many of the units are 50's and 60's models, and anything that old is going to put up a pretty heavy fight before those wheels will roll - and then you have to hope the axles don't start on fire after 2 miles.

It was on a piece of property, and the wheels were removed, so that is different than one in a park that you are renting.

Just take it one day at a time and slowly inch towards your goal.
